Specific Project-Related Terms and Conditions of User Accounts

A "Project" is an opportunity for the sale of work, such as a physical location of a building, which may include a named architect and/or named contractor. "Project Data" is any data provided by the user to related to a Project.

One of the key functions of User Accounts is the ability to enter Project Data to perform project-specific stormwater or other calculations. Due to the sensitive nature of Project Data, we include the following additional terms and conditions.

  • Project Data shall be considered Usage Data, and the terms and conditions above apply. Specifically, we will not disclose the user's Project Data to third parties, except as authorized and as required by law.

  • User authorizes the Data Controller and the Purple-Roof Technical Support Team to view all Project Data. The Technical Support Team is a small team of specialists in stormwater calculations and other calculations related to the Purple-Roof concept. The User may at any time request the contact information of Technical Support Team members. The Technical Support Team may contact the User to offer project-specific support, and the User may contact the Technical Support Team for project-specific assistance.

  • The User may authorize other Users (outside the Technical Support Team) to access Project Data on a per-project basis. For example, User A and Company B may authorize User C at Company B to access data for a specific project (Project Data is not automatically shared between multiple Users at one company). As another example, User A at Company B might authorize User X at Company Y to access Project Data for a specific project. After sharing Project Data, Users may revoke future access to Project Data.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
